- GDR / ADR Trading:
As an India-focussed London Stock Exchange member, we are a substantial player in the Indian GDR market. Raising capital through Foreign Currency CBs continues in India and a steady flow of new issues, the improving credit scenario and the growing market means opportunities in these instruments are continually cropping up. - Arbitrage Trading:
We advise clients on Arbitrage strategies. We specialise in exploiting price differences between GDRs/ADRs and Indian domestic stocks. We also advise clients who trade domestic Indian stocks against stock specific futures. - Structured Products:
In addition to providing access and advice in relation to listed derivatives, we can arrange and structure bespoke products to suit specific needs. For example: single stock options stripped from CBs to improve gearing or Capital Guaranteed Notes providing exposure without capital risk.
